In the Aesir we recognize that this game, like nearly any other game it is a team sport. We work together in a friendly and mature environment to achieve success for the entire guild, not just a select few. We believe everyone has the potential to be a good player with the right gear and training and it is our goal to allow each of our members to achieve a high level of play within the game. We use a linked loot council system (meaning we link the gear we have and officers vote) based on performance, attitude, gear, and how often you raid. Most of our players, however, will pass a piece of loot to a person who needs it more often than not.

We have a drama free family friendly atmosphere where everyones opinion matters and we are treated as equals. We also pride ourselves on being a casual yet hardcore guild with down to earth players that are here to have a good time while helping each other in ANY level of content. We will NEVER force you to to anything you are not willing to do, just have fun and play the game as it was intended.
